International Birth Doula in Oslo
Pregnancy, Birth & Postpartum
Supporting expat and Norwegian families through pregnancy, birth and the transition into motherhood
ABOUT

I was born in Argentina, where I worked as a psychologist and nurtured a creative soul.
Love brought me to Oslo and then life cracked open with the birth of my son, Atlas.
My background in psychology shapes the way I work as a doula: with curiosity, deep listening and respect for the emotional process that comes with pregnancy, birth and becoming a mother.
It’s not just work - it’s a way of being.
A way of honoring the thresholds women walk through.
Of listening deeply.
Of holding space for the fierce, the tender, the true.
Alongside my private practice, I’m also part of the Flerkulturell Doula team with Norske Kvinners Sanitetsforening, supporting women and families from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Pregnancy
Support
Gentle sessions to prepare body, mind, and soul for birth.
We speak, breathe, explore fears, and build trust in your own rhythm.
Birth preparation may include guided conversations, a birth preparation course, rebozo work inspired by Spinning Babies techniques, acupressure sessions, and gentle movement through pregnancy yoga and Pilates - all adapted to your body and stage of pregnancy.
I also offer pregnancy massage tailored to each trimester: a moment to soften, connect, and feel held in your changing body.
Birth Presence
Continuous support - emotional, physical, and intuitive - through labor and birth.
I’ll be there, grounding and present.
Postpartum Care
Support in the raw, early days after birth.
Whether you need to be heard, held, get healthy postpartum meals or simply reminded you're doing enough, I’ll come with softness.
Birth Photography
There are moments in birth that words cannot hold -
the strength in your eyes, the first breath, the quiet after.
As your doula, I offer photography with presence and respect.
No flashes. No staging. Just real, raw, sacred moments.
